I craft each tumbler individually, so no two tumblers will be identical. All tumblers are handmade, which means small imperfections may be present. I inspect every tumbler before shipping out to be sure you are getting the best quality possible! 

If damage occurs during shipping, send me an email within 24 hours of package delivery. I insure all of my shipments. 

If there is non-accidental damage to the tumbler within the first year, please reach out. I will determine if it can be repaired or if I need to send a new one. This will be of no cost to you. I will cover shipping.

Damage occurring due to accident (dropping, extreme heat, dishwasher, microwave, soaking in liquid, pets) are not qualified for a refund. If you would like me to see if I can repair the damage, please send an email. If repair is possible, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost, but repair will be free. 

Accidental damage and non-accidental damage are very different, I have studied the way the materials of the tumblers react to heat, dropping, water, and more. If you reach out about a repair, I will need pictures of the damage and I will determine if it is accidental or non-accidental damage. 

Refunds are available for stock tumblers (not custom tumblers). If you would like a refund please reach out. To receive a refund the customer must pay for return shipping. After receiving, I will inspect the tumbler I will determine if it is in the same condition that it was when I sent it. If there is any accidental damage to the tumbler before returning to me a refund will not be issued.
